1/2 teaspoon ground sage
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground marjoram
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

4 eggs
2 cups skim milk
Vegetable oil cooking spray
  •  Dissolve 1/3 cup of salt in 8 cups of water. Stir in fish sauce. Add chicken and marinate for 2 hours. Remove the chicken from the brine, rinse with water, and dried abolished. Preheat oven to 375 ° F.
